Muling mapapanood sa GMA Network si Ruffa Gutierrez matapos ang halos dalawampu’t dalawang (22) taong pamamalagi nito sa iba’t ibang istasyon.
Sa pamamagitan ng revenge drama series na Beauty Empire, muling masisilayan ng Kapuso viewers ang beauty queen-turned-actress sa GMA Prime simula July 7, 2025.
Pahayag ni Ruffa: “I’m so happy to be back here in GMA after, actually, 21 or 22 years…
“Well, I think I’ve come full circle because I started my career with GMA, sa That’s Entertainment.
“I was only 14 years old, and now… I’m not saying how old I am.
“Pero 21 or 22 years later, I’m back here for Beauty Empire.
“So, it’s such an honor that Miss Annette [Gozon-Valdes], GMA, and of course the News and Public Affairs, got me to be a leading lady in this project.
“And of course, CreaZion and Viu as well. Maraming-maraming salamat.
“It’s such a joy to work with everyone on the set.”

Ginagampanan ni Ruffa sa Beauty Empire ang role ni Velma Imperial, isang powerful industry veteran na magiging mentor ni Shari de Jesus (Kyline Alcantara), isang crass but social media-famous beauty CEO.
Makakalaban nila si Noreen Alfonso (Barbie Froteza), isang mahirap ngunit yumamang beauty entrepreneur na magpapabagsak sa emperyong itinatag ng kanyang mga kaaway.

Tugon ni Ruffa: “Well, I think more and more people are aware of taking care of themselves, their skin, and just beauty in general, because of social media.
“Lahat tayo gustong magpaganda, pero hindi lang sa panlabas na anyo. Dapat panloob din, di ba?
“Para sa akin, yun ang pinakamaganda, na beauty is power and beauty is whatever you want it to be. So it really depends on you.
“For me, I think, it’s really important that we give out kindness, generosity, and just be our authentic true self.”
Bukod kina Ruffa, Barbie, at Kyline, kasama rin sa cast ng Beauty Empire sina Sid Lucero, Sam Concepcion, at Chai Fonacier.
