Chris Brown Shocks Fans With New Quavo Diss Track

The ongoing back and forth between the artists is back in the news with the release of Breezy’s track “Freak” on the deluxe version of his 11:11 album that dropped at the stroke of midnight on April 11.

The track stands out for several reasons, including sampling Nelly’s hit “Air Force Ones” and featuring an all-star lineup of Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas, and Tee Grizzley. But what most people are talking about regarding the song are the heated bars Breezy had for Quavo: “Okay, now f——-g my old b—–s ain’t gone make us equal

Sipping that 1942 cause I don’t do no Cuevo [Quavo]

Freak b—–, she like Casamigos, not the Migos.”

Once friends, Brown and Quavo have been at odds and trading shots back and forth since 2017, when Quavo reportedly began dating Brown’s ex, Karrueche Tran. At the time, Brown was said to have been blindsided by the union and felt “betrayed” that the ex-Migos rapper wasn’t upfront with him about dating Tran.

Soon after, the men got into a shoving and shouting match backstage at the BET Awards and continued throwing shots back and forth at one another.

This past January, Brown dismissed rumors that the two had squashed their beef after being photographed sitting next to each other at a Paris Fashion Week show.

“Can’t pick who u sit by,” Brown said on X/Twitter at the time. “F— all that growth s—. N—- not finna fumble my bag for little n—–s.”

11:11 (Deluxe) is out now on all digital streaming platforms.
