The witness revealed that he kept Diddy’s ѕєχ tapes with 8 stars
Courtney Burgess, a witness in court on October 31, said he was in possession of a number of ѕєχ tapes of rapper Diddy with celebrities, including at least two teenage artists.
Sharing on NewsNation’s Banfield program, Courtney Burgess said he watched Diddy’s ѕєχ tapes with 8 stars, including 6 men and two women, of which “two to three” individuals were under 18 years old. He said that the people in the ѕєχ tape appeared to be victims and they appeared to be in a state of unconsciousness.

In the interview, Courtney Burgess also claimed to be in possession of an unedited version of the diary of Kim Porter, Diddy’s late ex-girlfriend. Courtney stated that he was one of Kim Porter’s associates and was given 11 USB drives containing drafts and ѕєχ tapes by the model.
The diary, believed to be Kim Porter’s, was previously sold on Amazon by publisher Chris Todd in September but was retracted after Kim and Diddy’s children questioned its authenticity. Kim and Diddy were in a relationship from 1994 to 2007, with multiple breakups and reconciliations, and they share three children together.

The publisher shared with the Daily Mail that Kim Porter had sent a USB containing her diary to close friends before her passing in 2018. This material has been turned into a 60-page book titled *Kim’s Lost Words*. The book contains shocking details about Diddy’s hedonistic lifestyle, including wild parties. The memoir states that Kim Porter found video recordings of Diddy’s ѕєχual encounters in a storage area in the bedroom. “Some of the tapes contained things I could never have imagined. Events that happened at gay parties and with young men, including two Hip-Hop stars who were managed by Diddy and a Pop star who was only 18 at the time,” an excerpt from the book reads.

Appearing in federal court in Manhattan on Thursday, Courtney told reporters that he was contacted by agents from the Department of Homeland Security and asked to testify. Courtney affirmed that he possesses ѕєχ tapes of Diddy from the parties as well as drafts of Kim Porter’s memoir.
Courtney’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, also confirmed that her client had received a subpoena and that they had just completed their testimony before the grand jury. The lawyer stated that they have evidence supporting Courtney’s claims.

According to TMZ, prosecutors’ summons requires Courtney Burgess to turn over all records, including USBs, hard drives, electronic storage devices or devices containing videos related to Diddy.
“Rap music mogul” Diddy was arrested by federal police on September 16 at a hotel in New York for ѕєχ trafficking, extortion conspiracy and engaging in prostitution. The 54-year-old rapper is currently in detention, awaiting trial in May 2025. Diddy is also currently being sued by many individuals for ѕєχual abuse, including many minors.
