Taylor Swift kicked off the final leg of the Eras Tour Friday night in Vancouver, Canada, and she sang and danced to a packed and excited crowd of fans that gave her a lot of love.
The vibe was that of friendship, love and happiness, with Swift singing more than 40 songs that included the massive hits “Cruel Summer”, “Love Story”,“We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”,“All Too Well” and “Look What You Made Me Do”, just to name a few.
A fan recorded one of the very special moments of the show after the global music superstar gave her all to the thousands of fans that went to see her first of three shows at BC Place: in the video posted on X we can see Swift running to hug her family, who have supported her every step of the way.
A major change in the first concert in Vancouver
The Swifties don’t miss a beat, and the first concert of Taylor Swift’s Eras tour in Vancouver was no exception. With just two shows left on this historic tour, after a staggering 149 shows that produced a record-breaking concert film, fans noticed something unusual.
During the Friday night show, one of the VIP tents was transformed into a filming area, decorated with a Chiefs sign and a signed Chiefs jersey. If that wasn’t enough, a second overhead camera was spotted, something not seen at any of the previous concerts. These changes sparked all sorts of theories: is it a nod to Kelce, or a new surprise for the anticipated tour film?
As rumors of an engagement ring continue to swirl on the internet, the Swifties celebrate what has been an incredible journey. The Eras Tour has marked a before and after not only for Swift’s career, but also for the connection she shares with her fans, who have been by her side through every stage of her life and career.
Meanwhile, Travis Kelce is on a mission of his own, leading the Kansas City Chiefs alongside Patrick Mahomes in the quest for their historic third consecutive Super Bowl. Swift and Kelce’s relationship, now more than a year old, has captured the imagination of their fans, making them one of the most unexpected but beloved couples of the moment.
Taylor Swift is set to close out her Eras Tour with shows this Saturday and Sunday in Vancouver.
