A Chicago Blackhawk just dropped $2.3 Million Dollars on an Inflated Lakeview Illinois Home

The Chicago Blackhawks signed Tyler Bertuzzi in the summer, with a salary cap hit of $5.5 Million AAV. He has now bought a Chicago home.

This was after he was due a raise from the Toronto Maple Leafs, who couldn’t afford to pay the 40+ point forward.

Despite the fact he detests Chicago-style pizza.
«I had a deep dish. I’m not a fan of it.» -Blackhawks newcomer Tyler Bertuzzi on Chicago pizza.
Will it work out?

It has to, as he dropped a significant sum of money, $2.3 Million dollars on a 4,000 SQ FT home, newly built in Lakeview.

The newly built home has some of the best amenities an agitator could need, as he didn’t spare any expense.

Report: Tyler Bertuzzi expected to sign four-year, $5.5 million AAV deal with Chicago Blackhawks

It has to, as he dropped a significant sum of money, $2.3 Million dollars on a 4,000 SQ FT home, newly built in Lakeview.
In Lakeview, the Bertuzzis’ new house has six bathrooms, two fireplaces, a family room with custom built-ins and floor-to-ceiling windows, a primary bedroom suite with dual walk-in closets and a primary bathroom with a steam shower, heated floors and two custom vanity cabinets. The home’s kitchen has Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, a scullery and a wine refrigerator.

Lakeview is on the Northside of Chicago, and near the shoreline, as it looks like Bertuzzi like a nice view when he’s headed to practice as the water is close by.

Other features include a lower level with high ceilings, radiant heating and a large rec room with a bar. Outside on the property are a private backyard and a two-car garage with a party door and a roof deck that includes a custom pergola and TimberTech decking. With hope, this could become Bertuzzi’s long-term home, should he find himself a vital part of the Blackhawks rebuild.

In 80 games with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Bertuzzi scored 43 points( 21 G, 22 A) and played on the same line as Auston Matthews.

Bertuzzi has played 3 games with the Blackhawks this season and has been held scoreless, with a -1.

Bertuzzi could decide to become a factor if he just tries with the new Blackhawks team.
