Maya Moore is among those who shaped the landscape of the modern-day WNBA, which has now given rise to megastars like Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark.

Moore had a seven-year-long career in the WNBA, where she played for the Minnesota Lynx. During this time, she cemented herself as one of the greatest players in the game.

Moore won four WNBA championships and was also named the Finals MVP in 2013. The following year, she grabbed the league MVP honor, reaching her prime as a player.

She has since then served as an inspiration and idol to many young athletes dreaming of being WNBA players. Even the league’s newest sensation, Caitlin Clark, had Moore as her childhood icon.
