James Harden’s relationship with his girlfriend, Paije Speights, has been public for quite a time now. On August 8, Speights took to her social media to celebrate a milestone in their relationship.

Speights posted a photo that resembled a picture book on her Instagram Story. The cover featured a photo from August, where Paije and Harden were looking into each other’s eyes.

The text in red below the picture in the album said:

“Half a year with you.”

James Harden and Paije Speights first made the headlines in June when they attended Rajon Rondo’s wedding together in Italy. Since then, Paije has made regular posts of the couple sharing intimate moments together.

James Harden is one of the generational talents in the NBA who has changed the game. While Harden was still with the Rockets, he emerged as one of the greatest scorers in NBA history. Harden not only crafted new ways to score, but he also became lethal in drawing fouls from opponents.

This new trend of drawing fouls forced the NBA to draft new rules. In reaction to players drawing fouls by intentional contact with the defender, the league decided to not count it as a foul on the defender.

When a reporter asked James Harden about his adjustment to these rules, he had a savage reply.

“I’m one of the people that the NBA had to adjust to. So, just being in here, being crafty, working on it, loving it,” Harden told the reporter.

The Clippers’ star girlfriend Paije Speights reacted to the viral video with just one word.

“Mood,” she wrote in the caption in the repost on her IG story.

Last season, the Clippers had four superstar players on the roster. Before they entered the 2024-25 season, Paul George signed with the Philadelphia 76ers and Russell Westbrook has now joined the Denver Nuggets. With the new roster, Harden and Kawhi Leonard will have a new challenge to keep the Clippers among the top contenders in the West.

James Harden remains one of the best guards in the league. However, in the last few seasons, he has not played with the urgency to score. With PG and Westbrook gone, Harden might have to take bigger responsibility.
