Kay Adams from the Up & Adams Show had quite the day during the Denver Broncos training camp.
On Wednesday, the former NFL Network host hosted the “Up & Adams Show with Kay Adams” at training camp.
Adams would take to her Instagram and post some spicy pictures from her day, including one of her rocking a legendary Champ Bailey No. 24 jersey.
Adams could be seen posing in a mirror on a gorgeous day. She gave a backside view of the jersey and tight black pants she was wearing.
Eventually, Adams removed the jersey and went with the sheer sleeveless black top she had on, which showed off her black bra as she posed with players and spoke to head coach Sean Payton in the series of pictures.
Adams seemed to be way more composed with herself than she was when the show was at the New York Giants training camp last week.
The former Good Morning Football star was left stuttering while speaking to Giants quarterback Daniel Jones, which caused dating rumors to circulate between the two.
Adams has traveled to numerous NFL team practice sites and interviewed the team’s stars at each destination as the start of the 2024 NFL season approaches.

Kay Adams cannot lose with anything she does.
Adams was first known to host Good Morning Football on NFL Network from 2016 to 2022.
She left that job just in time. As we all know, the company had massive layoffs this year.
She now hosts “Up & Adams Show with Kay Adams,” which has become widely popular among fans of all ages.
Adams is quite attractive, which has helped matters, as she has racked up over 471,000 followers on Instagram.
