However, from time to time, participants decide not to keep these moments strictly private and share them with the world, helping other Eminem fans see this side of his character.
That happened recently when a caretaker of a young boy named Stanley posted a photo online, expressing her gratitude to the foundation and Marshall personally. She wrote:

Stanley wants to let everyone know that his name is actually “Stanley” but he wasn’t named after the song “stan,” he was named after the Stanley Cup!
