Keeping her fans informed, Billie Eilish shares a picture to show the extent of her injury after taking a tumble during a concert at Madison Square Garden in the Big Apple.
On Friday, October 18, Billie Eilish stumbled and fell on a set of steps while exiting the stage at Madison Square Garden in New York City during her “Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour.” Fans captured the incident on video, which Eilish later re-shared on Instagram Stories.
“billie falling down the stairs at msg,” she captioned the video, adding a skull emoji. “But literally,” she posted an update and wrote over a photo of a large purple bruise on her thigh.

Billie Eilish shows off bruises from onstage fall
Despite the fall, Eilish continued her performance and has since appeared on “Saturday Night Live” as the musical guest. Her tour is set to resume on November 2 in Atlanta.
The singer’s tumble is not the first onstage mishap she has faced. In 2022, she tripped during Coachella when the lights went out. She also fell through a hole in her stage during a recent concert in Australia.
Eilish’s latest run of performances marked her fourth time as the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live,” where she performed “Wildflower” and “Birds of a Feather.”
The “Hit Me Hard and Soft” tour will continue across the country through early December, wrapping up in Los Angeles with a run of five shows. In 2025, Eilish will bring the tour to Australia and Europe.
