Big Ben in London; Taylor Swift

Sorry, the old Big Ben can’t come to the phone right now. Why?—Oh, because Taylor Swift is coming to London!

The famous U.K. landmark was recently taylored into a tribute for the “Fortnight” songstress, who will soon be making her way to the English capital to perform three sold-out shows at Wembley Stadium.

In social media footage shared by U.K. radio station Capital London this week, Big Ben received quite the makeover as it was covered in friendship bracelets to officially become “Taylor’s Version.”

The clip, presumably created with the help of digital editing, shows the recognizable clock tower as it becomes decked-out in oversized friendship bracelets while Swift’s lyrics, “It’s me! Hi,” play in the background.

A similar video was made with the Eiffel Tower last month when Miss Americana kicked off the European leg of the Eras Tour in Paris, France.

“this is ICONIC,” one fan wrote on TikTok after seeing the new clip of Big Ben, while Capital Radio explained in the post that they’ve created a whole new station just for Swifties in honor of the singer visiting London later this month.

“We’re so buzzed about Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour being in the UK that we’ve launched an entire radio station,” text on the video read.

After first making stops in Edinburgh, Liverpool and Cardiff, Swift will be hitting up London on June 21, 22 and 23 before later returning in August to perform an additional five shows at Wembley Stadium.
