The widow of tragic NHL star Johnny Gaudreau publicly revealed at the joint funeral for him and his brother Matthew on Monday that she is pregnant.

Mourners widely knew that Matthew’s widow Madeline was pregnant with their first child — but Meredith Gaudreau said during her tearful eulogy that she and Johnny also were expecting again.

“John and I had the best six months as a family of four,’’ Meredith told the packed crowd of mourners at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Media, Pa., referring to life after the birth of their second child, son Johnny, in February.

“These will forever be the best six months of my life,” the widow said, speaking in front of  the caskets of her 31-year-old husband, a Columbus Blue Jackets star, and his 29-year-old brother Matty.

“There’s specifically one week that I will cherish forever — it will be my favorite week of my life out of those six months. We’re actually a family of five. I’m in my ninth week of pregnancy with our third baby,’’ Meredith said.

The widow said the pregnancy was a “total surprise’’ — and that Johnny was overjoyed about it.

“John was beaming and so excited,” she said. “His reaction was just immediately kissing me and hugging me.

“Noa, our oldest, [a daughter] hasn’t even turned 2 yet. In less than three years of marriage, we’ve created a family of five,” Meredith said.

“It doesn’t even sound possible, but I look at it as the ultimate blessing. How lucky am I to be the mother of John’s three babies? Our last one being a blessing and so special despite these difficult circumstances.

“To my babies: Daddy loves you all so much, and you have the best daddy in the world.’’

John, who also played for the Calgary Flames, and Matthew, who played collegiate hockey alongside him at Boston College, were killed by an alleged drunken driver Aug. 29 while out on a bike ride on the eve of their sister’s wedding.
