Jennifer Lopez made a stylish statement during her latest date night with husband Ben Affleck while sitting courtside at the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors game in San Francisco. At the event over the weekend, the This Is Me… Now artist, 54, donned an understated white t-shirt, wide-leg classic jeans, golden aviator shades and standout, bedazzled Jimmy Choo suede knee boots that added a shimmering touch to her get-up.

The luxury label’s boot style, named “Blake,” is offered in two color variations. Lopez flaunted a silver pair of crystal boots, however, Moda Operandi is currently offering the same style in pink on sale. When illuminated from a particular angle, the crystals produce a colorful glimmer on the $10,000 boots (now on sale for $2500).

The “On the Floor” hitmaker’s chic outing comes as many fans and critics continue to poke fun of (and make memes related to) her documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told.

To complete her outfit, the Marry Me actress added a flashy necklace, her signature oversized gold hoop earrings and chunky rings. Later on during the game, she was photographed sporting a multicolored pastel tweed blazer and a baby pink purse. As for her glam, the J.Lo Beauty mogul wore her caramel-colored tresses down, parted in the center and styled straight.

For her makeup look, the mom of two went for black liner, voluminous lashes, subtle bronze eyeshadow, rosy blush and a glossy pink pout.

As for Affleck, 51, wore a navy blue coat, a comfy flannel button-down, long-sleeved top underneath, dark denim, sneakers and a dark blue graphic baseball cap.

Lopez’s new documentary on her love life (able to stream via Prime Video) has become a target for mockery and satire by a number of users on TikTok and X (formerly Twitter). In one viral TikTok video, one user discussed the irony of Lopez talking about her relationship with Affleck yet calling it the “greatest love story never told.”

“You can see the tension played out on the screen [between ] Affleck and Lopez,” user @uzmaland says in her new TikTok post. Another fan added in the comments section: “Ben’s first interview had me cackling “it’s the greatest love story never told but she’s…..telling it’” as someone else replied: “It took me 7 attempts to finish [the documentary], I kept falling asleep.”

On X, another user recently wrote: “I don’t believe any of her moments of trying to be authentic and break down. Girl we know you’re obsessed with yourself and love to talk about yourself it’s fine don’t pretend to be all vulnerable now lol.” One other joked, after seeing the documentary trailer: “havent we suffered enough.” One other quipped: “Some stories are better left untold.”

The Hustlers alum has been making many headlines lately after unveiling her healing and self-love journey through the release of her latest album, This Is Me… Now. Furthermore, she has offered a unique glimpse into the last two decades of her life and her reignited relationship with her husband, Affleck, through the accompanying visual film This Is Me… Now: A Love Story, as well as the recently released documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told.

Lopez candidly revealed that she has been married four times at the outset of the doc, saying: “I’m sure people watching from the outside were like, ‘What is this f—king girl’s problem?!’”The “If You Had My Love” singer, as fans know, tied the knot with Affleck in 2022. Lopez and Affleck initially became engaged in 2002 with the intention of tying the knot in 2004. Only three days before the nuptials, they terminated their engagement.

Nevertheless, their relationship was rekindled in 2021, resulting in their eventual union in 2022. “Twenty years, I ago I fell in love with the love of my life and during that time I was making an album called ‘This Is Me…Then,’” Lopez tells a crowd in another scene from the doc. “I hadn’t made an album since then. Eighteen years later, we got back together and I was very inspired.”

In another notable scene, Affleck reminisced about feeling a sense of reluctance towards Lopez’s openness in portraying their relationship in her projects. “I did really find the beauty and the poetry and the irony in the fact that it’s the greatest love story never told,” he dished in a confessional. “And if you’re making a record about it, that seems kind of like telling it.”

During a separate moment, the Argo star conveyed that he had to adapt to the notion of his wife revealing their personal life to the public. “Jen was really inspired by this experience, which is how artists do their work,” he explained.

“I certainly do the same things, but things that are private, I have always felt, are sacred and special because, in part, they’re private. So this was something of an adjustment for me.”

In the end, Affleck revealed that he made peace with Lopez’s venture when he realized that it wasn’t solely about it. “I don’t really love being in the making of documentary about my personal life, which is why I’m so relieved that I’m not really, it seems like I might be in this, but I’m not really,” he noted. “I was worrying for no reason. The movie wasn’t about me. It was about the ability to love yourself and that love story is a lot f—king harder to find than Prince Charming.”
