Caitlin Clark got the opportunity to play with and against some of the best players in the world when she took the court for the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game on Saturday night.

After the WNBA All-Star Team’s win over Team USA, Clark took some time to mingle on the court with her opponents.

The Indiana Fever rookie had a very cheerful interaction with New York Liberty superstar Sabrina Ionescu — fueling discussion about a possible team-up in the future.

“This is the most I’ve seen Caitlin laugh all season, I hope these 2 get to play together one day,” a Caitlin Clark fan account wrote on X.

If Clark continues on her current path, she’ll likely team up with Ionescu in the Olympic Games four years from now. Many fans felt Clark should’ve been selected for this year’s Olympic roster, and it appears the league’s No. 1 overall pick is well on track to achieve her Olympic dreams in 2028.

Clark and Ionescu are two of the game’s elite three-point shooting talents. Having to game plan for both of their deep-ball abilities would be an absolute nightmare for opposing defenses.

Ionescu and Team USA are going after another gold medal at this year’s Olympic Games. Clark is taking a well-deserved break before the WNBA regular season resumes in mid August.
