“Is This the End of VP Sara Duterte? Explosive ‘Bagman’ Testimony, Pogo Money Trail, and Alleged Drug-Lord Funding Rock the Nation — Viral Affidavit, Late-Night Prison Visits, and Shocking Cash Deliveries Raise the Question: ‘What Is VP Sara Trying to Hide… and Why Now?’”

“Kung magsasalita ako, mayayanig ang buong bansa.” — Ramil Madriaga
“Ito na ba ang katapusan ni VP Sara?” — netizens

The political climate in the Philippines has reached a boiling point as a claimed Duterte insider, known publicly as a “Bagman”, unleashes a series of explosive revelations allegedly linking Vice President Sara Duterte to Pogo operators, drug lords, and confidential fund transactions.

What began as scattered social media posts has now become a full national controversy, with citizens asking the same burning question:

“Ito na ba ang katapusan ni VP Sara?”

Photos, affidavits, and insider testimony are circulating rapidly—forcing the public, analysts, and even lawmakers to take a closer look at the claims of Ramil Lagunoy Madriaga, a former intelligence officer under both former President Rodrigo Duterte and then Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.

THE VIRAL ALLEGATIONS: A BAGMAN SPEAKS OUT

The story exploded after reports confirmed that a notarized affidavit by Madriaga was officially submitted to the Taguig Regional Trial Court, outlining a detailed account of supposed money transfers, confidential fund deliveries, and instructions allegedly coming from the highest levels of the Duterte political circle.

This whistleblower claims that during the 2022 election period, VP Sara’s political operations were “supported by Pogo operators and drug trade financiers.”

A statement that sent shockwaves across the nation.

“Grabe naman ito. Pogo at drug lords daw ang nagpondo?”
“Kung totoo ‘to, tapos na ang laro.”

Yet, even as the accusations pile up, supporters argue:
Evidence, not emotion, must lead the discussion.

CONFIDENTIAL FUNDS AND CASH DELIVERY ROUTES

In his affidavit, Madriaga provides specific locations, dates, and money amounts, raising even more questions:

Four duffel bags, each allegedly containing ₱3–5 million, were handed over to him.

Deliveries supposedly occurred in:

Ultra, Pasig

Parking lot of the Ombudsman

Laguna, involving a local mayor

A comedy bar frequently visited by the VP’s classmates

A separate delivery of ₱1 billion was allegedly scheduled in Muntinlupa in February 2020.

The level of detail left many stunned.

“May address. May petsa. May pangalan. Hindi ito imbento-imento lang.”

According to the affidavit, these funds were supposedly linked to political operations, parallel groups, and early preparations for VP Sara’s national candidacy.

THE POGO CONNECTION: FUNDING POLITICAL MOVEMENTS?

One of the fiercest allegations claims that Madriaga was instructed to establish “Sara Duterte Is My President (ISIP Pilipinas)”, a political movement allegedly funded by Pogo operators and drug dealers.

He even listed specific pick-up locations:

A gate in Pampanga

Verus North Mall

Seda Hotel, Quezon City

Grand Hyatt Manila

Each of these, he claims, was tied to deliveries of cash from questionable sources.

“I was able to identify several of those individuals during my frequent pickups of cash-filled bags,” he said.

If true, this would represent one of the most controversial funding pipelines in modern Philippine political history.

THE MAGNETIC LIFTER MYSTERY REVISITED

Madriaga also alleges he was ordered to help release the now-infamous magnetic lifters intercepted in 2018—lifters later found empty in Cavite but believed to have originally contained illegal drugs.

He says a Chinese associate of Michael Yang, a known Duterte ally, called him directly:

“Kontakin mo si ganito at tulungan mong ilabas yan.”
“Alam kong droga ang laman.”

This revelation reopens one of the most debated controversies of the Duterte years.

LATE-NIGHT VISITS AND PRESSURE INSIDE PRISON

Where's Sara Duterte? Even her office not so sure

Perhaps the most dramatic allegation came from columnist Ramon Tulfo, who reported that VP Sara allegedly visited Madriaga at 10 PM in Camp Bagong Diwa, where he is detained for a separate kidnapping case.

The claim?
VP Sara supposedly went to persuade him not to speak about Pogo and drug-lord involvement.

Whether true or not, the image alone triggered a storm online.

Even more concerning, Madriaga’s lawyer says people connected to the VP have been regularly visiting him:

“Gusto nilang masiguradong hindi magsasalita ang kliyente ko.”

IS IMPEACHMENT NEXT?

Former senator Leila de Lima, who herself visited Madriaga, has stated that VP Sara’s issue of accountability is “far from closed.”

Reports suggest that once the one-year bar rule expires in February, a new impeachment complaint may be filed.

Meanwhile, the Office of the Vice President has yet to release an official comment after receiving an electronic copy of the affidavit.

THE BIG QUESTION: IS THIS THE END OF VP SARA?

For many, this is the most dangerous scandal VP Sara has ever faced.

The contrast is jarring:

Rodrigo Duterte built his legacy on a brutal drug war.

Now, allegations suggest his own circle may have been intertwined with traffickers.

Whether this is political warfare, a smear campaign, or a genuine unraveling of the Duterte empire, one thing is clear:

The public wants answers.

CONCLUSION: THE NATION HOLDS ITS BREATH

The situation grows more volatile by the day. Every new leaked message, affidavit page, or insider testimony threatens to tilt the political landscape further off balance.

If the allegations are proven true, this could mark the fall of one of the most powerful political names in the Philippines.

If proven false, VP Sara emerges stronger than ever—and her accusers may face legal consequences.

For now, the only certainty is uncertainty.

“Kapag nagsalita si Madriaga, mayayanig ang Pilipinas.”
“At kung totoo ang lahat ng ito… sino pa ang puwedeng pagkatiwalaan?”
