MANILA, Philippines — Veteran showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz claimed that showbiz couple Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto are currently in the “cool off stage” in their relationship.

In his latest video of his Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update YouTube channel, Ogie’s co-host Mama Loi Villarama brought up that both are rarely in each other’s Instagram accounts now, something Ogie has noticed as well.

Despite this, Ogie believes that the celebrity couple are in it for the long haul, “Nakikita kong si Gerald at Julia, parang sila ‘yung future. Sila pa rin ‘yung ending.”

However according to one of his sources, Julia and Gerald are currently “cooling off.”

Ogie asked his source the reason behind the “cool off” situtation and was told there were other people involved.

“Mayroon daw third party. Totoo ba ‘yun? May third party daw?” Ogie said, which even caught Mama Loi by surprise.

While not mentioning any names, according to Ogie there may be not just one person caught in between the relationship or he may have misunderstand his source, reiterating that only Gerald and Julia could clarify the situation.

Ogie again repeated that what he knows is Julia really loves Gerald despite any possible rift happening between them.

“Iiwan natin sa kanila ‘yan. Hindi po iyan kumpirmado, naibalita lamang iyan sa akin,” Ogie ended. “Parang naghihintay lang daw ng signs si Julia kasi kapag sila na ulit, kailangan kasalan na.” — Video from Ogie Diaz Showbiz Updates YouTube channel
