Recently, the CEO of Tesla Motors, 53, joined Joe Rogan in a candid conversation where the former didn’t pull any punches. Among the hot topics was the indictment of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the hip-hop mogul whose connections to the music industry have long raised eyebrows.

Musk pointed fingers at those who have, in his view, turned a blind eye to Combs’ alleged abuses and continued to support him despite the clear signs. His criticisms didn’t stop with Diddy. The conversation also took aim at Jennifer Lopez, Diddy’s ex and one of Hollywood’s most high-profile figures.

In a conversation with Rogan, Musk took a deep dive into the troubling nature of Diddy’s past and the network of people who may have known about his alleged misconduct but stayed silent. In Musk’s eyes, the music industry is rife with complicity—and it’s high time we confronted that ugly truth:

People in the music entertainment industry had to know that Daddy was like abusing, you know, kids basically, and yet they still fed him kids.

Musk’s accusations probably have pushed many to rethink their understanding of how power and influence function in Hollywood.

The conversation between Musk and Rogan took a turn into even murkier waters when the latter shared his thoughts on Diddy’s methods. “I think he’s a gangster who made a billion dollars and knew how to control people by compromising them,” the host said. According to Rogan, Diddy didn’t just accumulate wealth; he used his influence to manipulate people, using compromising information to maintain control over them.

There was something sick about it,” Rogan added. In addition to these dark allegations, he couldn’t help but point out the growing trend of Diddy’s past party attendees publicly rallying behind Kamala Harris.

Elon Musk also took aim at Jennifer Lopez for what he saw as a glaring inconsistency in her activism. Known for her outspoken political views, particularly against Donald Trump, she has never publicly addressed the allegations against her Diddy. Musk said:

JLo was like his ex-girlfriend, and now deciding she’s like warning people against Trump. I’m like, well, wait a second—how many people did she warn against Diddy? Oh, zero. Okay, well, maybe we shouldn’t trust her opinion.

In the midst of the ongoing scrutiny of Diddy, an old video resurfaced, showing Diddy talking about his close relationship with the then-minor Justin Bieber. The video, from Bieber’s YouTube channel, shows Diddy proudly displaying his Lamborghini and promising the Baby singer a ride when he turned 16.

“You ever seen the movie 48 Hrs? Right now [Justin is] having 48 hours with Diddy, him and his boy,” Diddy said in the video, making light of the situation.
