“It’s more about impact” – Steph Curry’s wife, Ayesha Curry, opens up on what inspires her as a business owner

As previously mentioned, Ayesha Curry, is an accomplished business investor and entrepreneur.

While her husband is fresh off of a remarkable gold medal run with Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics, and is eagerly awaiting the start of the 2024-25 season in hopes of winning a fifth NBA title, Ayesha Curry is continuing to grow her business portfolio and develop her various brands.

In addition to the Domaine Curry Wine brand launched alongside Steph Curry’s sister Sydel Lee-Curry, Ayesha is also the founder of Sweet July, a lifestyle brand that has been featured on the famous Oprah’s Favorite Things list.

The brand, which also releases a magazine, has a wide range of products from candles and blankets to home decor, kitchenware, and skincare products.

Together with husband Steph Curry, Ayesha is also a philanthropist who works to help provide for kids in need through their Eat.Learn.Play. foundation.

While speaking with Forbes, Curry spoke about what motivates her, explaining:

“For me, it’s more about impact over legacy. My hope is to make a lasting impact in the space. People don’t have to know it was me or know my name. But if we can change the way the industry looks and the way products are looked at and used and the impact on the community, that will be worth it.”

With the 2024-25 NBA season right around the corner, Curry will likely be incredibly busy as she juggles her business endeavors, motherhood, and the Golden State Warriors’ season.
