Taylor Swift had some strong words for everyone speculating about Lady Gaga being pregnant. The singer shared her thoughts in a comment on Gaga’s video in which she denied the rumors.

After fans started spreading rumors that Gaga was pregnant in response to photos of the singer at her sister Natali Germanotta’s wedding, the 38-year-old firmly denied the claims, sharing a clip on TikTok and writing, “not pregnant– just down bad crying at the gym.”

The statement smoothly referenced one of Swift’s new songs, and Gaga then used the moment to encourage people to register to vote.

Soon after, fans noticed that none other than Swift herself stopped by the comments to share her thoughts on the situation, boldly writing, “Can we all agree that it’s invasive & irresponsible to comment on a woman’s body. Gaga doesn’t owe anyone an explanation & neither does any woman.”

Swift is likely speaking from personal experience as well, as the superstar has been the subject of public speculation and comments about her body for years. Just a couple of days ago, Cosmopolitan wrote an article calling out the constant rumors after seeing someone speculate that the Eras Tour singer was currently pregnant.

Fans stood behind Gaga and Swift, with one writing on X, “I don’t know how many times Taylor has to say this same thing, before people shut up and listen. How can people not realise how damaging constant comments about a person’s body can be??”
