Sinuspinde ang driver’s license ng vlogger na si Josh Mojica dahil gumamit ito ng mobile phone habang nagmamaneho ng sasakyan—isang Porsche sports car.
Bukod pa rito, maaari rin siyang sampahan ng tatlong kaso dahil sa paglabag sa batas trapiko.
Nakilala noong pandemya si Josh dahil sa negosyo niyang kangkong chips.
Naglabas ng pahayag ang Land Transportation Office (LTO) nitong July 5, 2025, via Facebook post.
Saad ng LTO chief na si Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, malinaw na lumabag ang content creator sa road safety rules.
“Anuman ang klase ng sasakyan na minamaneho ay dapat matuto pa rin tayong sumunod sa mga batas trapiko,” pahayag ni Mendoza.
“If the driver is indeed a content creator, then there is this responsibility for him to set a good example to his followers.”

Kasunod nito, ni-repost ni Josh ang statement ng LTO ukol sa ginawa niyang violation with the caption: “Hindi ako ‘yan promise!!!”
LTO TAKES MEASURES
Umaksiyon na ang LTO kaugnay nito.
“We already suspended the driver’s license of the identified driver for 90 days pending the result of the investigation,” sabi ni Mendoza.
Sabi pa ng LTO chief, nakalagay sa inilabas nilang show-cause order ang mga kasong puwedeng isampa sa vlogger: “reckless driving, violation of the Anti-Distracted Driving Act (Sec. 4 of R.A. No. 10913) and being an Improper Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle (Sec. 27 (a) of R.A. No. 4136).”
