HOUSEMATES who live in Margot Robbie’s old home in Clapham have revealed why the Barbie star could come back to visit the “party” flat.

The Australian actress, 33, piled into the South West London four-bedroom pad dubbed the “The Manor” with six pals back in 2014.

The party-loving bunch relished larking around the house and going wild in grimy local nightclub Infernos.

Her housemates were friends she’d made filming wartime flick Suite Francaise, including her now husband Tom Ackerley.

Margot moved into the flatshare just after shooting The Wolf of Wall Street alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.

Almost a decade later, four average Joes occupy the same brick and mortar that the Once Upon A Time… in Hollywood beauty once called home.

“I found out that Margot Robbie had lived in the house within the first few days,” Alice Launder told the Sun.

The account executive, 24, from Bournemouth, said: “I moved into the house in the middle of February this year, so I’ve not been here that long.

“I was asked ‘do you know who used to live here’ and I don’t know why I was just immediately like ‘was it Margot Robbie’ because I knew she lived in Clapham.

“I do mention it to quite a lot of people I meet. I say ‘guess who used to live in my flat’.

“Most people get it because if you live in Clapham, you know she used to live there.

“They say ‘that’s what they all say, that Margot Robbie used to live at my flat’. It’s a story to tell people.”

David D, 28, who moved into the house two years ago, said: “I didn’t know that she had lived here until I moved in.

“It was a few weeks after when some of my housemates said about it and had messaged to say this is Margot Robbie’s house. I then read a piece online and realised it was true.”

“It’s a cool thing to say that you live in the house that Margot Robbie used to,” the media worker, from Londonderry, continued.

“I sometimes use it as a fun fact, but I know that some of the people who lived here have gone on to be multi-millionaires.

“Who knows? Maybe one of us will follow in their footsteps!”

Fashion worker Sam G, 26, from Wales, and Irish lad Jordan, 28, complete the current gang.

Despite now living among the glitz and glamour of LA, pictures of Margot’s Clapham group suggest a hard-drinking lifestyle and a “party” house rep back in 2014.

Margot previously described having a “24-hour party for my 24th birthday” on Jimmey Kimmel Live where she “ended up back in our courtyard and popped another bottle of champagne”.

“Our house is definitely a party house like theirs was,” David said.

“There was a bit of a rep and obviously it’s a side terrace house with a big back garden and lots of room to bring people around.

“We’ve tried to keep up that rep as much as we can.”

There has also been gossip that the Aussie could return to the house and reminisce on her boozier days.

“There was one story where the previous tenants were asked by Margot if she could rent the house for the weekend to have a party,” Alice said.

“I think they all had to move out for the weekend, so didn’t take her up on the offer. I wish she would call us!”

David added: “I did hear there were rumours of a garden gnome that she had wanted to come back to see back in 2019.”
