Kevin Durant, often considered one of the greatest players in NBA history, has achieved numerous accolades in his professional career. He has secured two NBA championships, two MVP awards, two Finals MVP awards, and two NBA All-Star Game MVP awards, among many others, throughout his career.

Despite his success on the court, Durant has been unlucky in his personal life, as he has yet to find a life partner. Due to his relationship status, Durant is often trolled by many fans and analysts. Recently, during the latest episode of the IMPAULSIVE show featuring famous YouTuber IShowSpeed, Durant was roasted for being single. He was asked why he was single, and in response, the two-time NBA Champion said he didn’t want a girlfriend. You can hear the conversation at the 9:15 mark.

IShowSpeed– I feel like you got heartbroken one time; yeah, bro, I did, too. I feel like you got your heart broken one time, and that just really F**ked you up.

Durant—I would not say I had my heart broken. I started to understand Women a little bit more early on. And I understood that she was not mine, and even if she may be my girlfriend, she might be influenced by other people. I don’t trip on that relationship. If we have a good time for a moment, then cool. If you end up venturing off, and I do, too, it is What It is.

IShowSpeed—Trust me, he got his heart broken. That one hand won’t last forever, bro. You need something.

Durant– I’m going to argue on the side. Do not Compare yourself to me. You are 16, bro, and you have no other resource but your hand. So please don’t put me in the same, you know, I mean tear, as you do when it comes to that. You know what I am saying. You’re a youngster.

Durant Exposes Fake List of Reasons for Being Single Created by NBA Parody Accounts

The 35-year-old forward had previously shared a list of reasons why he was still single, citing his tendency to overthink and his caring nature as contributing factors. However, Durant revealed during the episode that he had not posted the list. It was a photoshopped image circulated by some NBA parody social media accounts.

“Do you think I really made that list? I didn’t. I did not share that, though. Somebody photoshopped it, like those NBA parody accounts. Fake news can circulate that fast.” Durant said.

During a recent interview, Durant also discussed how many seasons remained in his professional career before his retirement.
