Ipswich Town are set to remove Ed Sheeran’s tour logo from their club’s shirts but their partnership with the Suffolk star will continue to expand.

CEO Mark Ashton said the club’s relationship with the Framlingham-based musician will be developed further moving forwards, but his tour’s mathematics logo +–=÷×, will no longer feature on the kit from next season.

Sheeran, who is a lifelong fan of the Blues, has been the front of shirt sponsor for the men’s and women’s teams since 2021.
