The Eras Tour is making its way to Edinburgh!
Taylor Swift is gearing up to bring her Eras Tour to Scotland, and Sam Heughan is Ready For It!
The Outlander actor, along with some of his cast mates, will be attending Swift’s concert in Edinburgh this upcoming weekend—and he believes Swift herself is in for a special Scottish treat.
“We’re gonna go see Taylor Swift play in Scotland and I think most of the cast is going,” Heughan, 44, said in a new Instagram video taken from the set of the popular Starz series.
The Scotland native went on to make a very bold prediction about the “Fortnight” singer, stating “She obviously doesn’t know this, but when she comes to Scotland and sees me in the audience, she’s gonna forget all about…him.” (He was of course referring to NFL star Travis Kelce, who has been dating Swift, 34, since last fall.)
But according to Heughan, he believes he could have more to offer Swift than her tight end beau, as he further predicted that the singer-songwriter will “fall for a man in a ginger wig,” once she sees Heughan.
“How could she resist?” he joked in the clip, which showed him dressed as his Outlander character Jamie Fraser. “You know, she’s gonna shake him off and take me out instead.”
But while he was obviously joking, Heughan admitted he was “really excited” to be seeing Swift’s show, and even made a heart with his hands, just like the Swifties do!
“Welcome to Scotland Taylor! 🏴” read the caption on the Instagram post, followed by, “JAMMF is a Swiftie 🫶.”
Swift and her Eras Tour team will perform at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, Scotland on Friday, June 7, Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9.
