Michael Jordan rejected the insane offer.
Michael Jordan once ‘turned down’ a staggering $100 million deal for a two-hour appearance, according to his agent.
Jordan earned a truck load of cash during his legendary basketball career with Chicago Bulls.
His extremely lucrative sponsorship deal with Nike pocketed even more money as he released his now-iconic ‘Air Jordan’ line of sneakers.
But Jordan wasn’t money hungry and even rejected a $100 million fee for a two-hour appearance.
He was offered the nine-figure fee when he was in Asia for a pre-season game with Charlotte Hornets.
Jordan, who used to own the Hornets, was wanted by an official who hoped to have him play in a golf tournament.
But David Falk, Jordan’s long-time representative, revealed that his client snubbed the $100 million deal.
“[Jordan] turned down a deal to do a one-day golf appearance when he was in Asia a few years ago for a pre-season game with Charlotte,” he revealed.
“And some woman in the Philippines offered me seven million dollars for one day, wanted him to play in a golf tournament. And he turned it down. I brought him a deal three years ago for 100 million dollars.
“And all he had to do, other than give his name and likeness, was make one two-hour appearance to announce the deal. And he turned it down.”

Falk added: “God bless him. He’s been so successful; it gives him an opportunity to do whatever the hell he wants or not to do things he doesn’t want.
“I really admire that. He’s very, very selective in the things he wants to be involved in.”
Jordan has been retired from the NBA for over 20 years, but he is just as relevant as ever.
He’s not just one of the greatest athletes of all time, but also a shrewd businessman.
