Following the death of Liam Payne a hotel guest has stepped forward and shared that the singer was behaving erratically in the lobby before he entered his room. Liam died on Wednesday (October 16) leaving behind a seven-year-old son named Bear.

Reports rocked the nation when it was revealed that the former One Direction star  had fallen from his hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Tributes from around the globe have been paid to Liam, with the likes of Simon Cowell even cacnelling Britain’s Got Talent auditions in Blackpool yesterday.

A young woman who was staying in the Casa Sur Hotel shared that Liam was behaving weirdly and scurried around the foyer area. Rebecca told the Mail Online that he appeared unsettled and strange before “shouting” at his computer.

She said that he was dangling his open laptop nonchalantly from one corner and began reading emails after kicking back onto a nearby sofa. He wore a white vest, cargo pants and trainers with his infamous tattoos on display.

Rebecca told the publication: “I have a blind relative and I realised he had the laptop on its accessibility setting, for some reason, so that each time he moved the mouse, hovering over something the machine spoke out loud to say where the cursor was.”

She continued: “I assumed he was doing that for the attention too. Then he opened his emails and saw one which obviously upset him.

“Suddenly he took the computer, shouted ‘f**k this s**t mate!’ and started bashing the computer on the ground.”

Rebecca, who decided to change her name to protect her privacy, is a 28-year-old IT consultant from Washington DC. She was staying in the capital along with some of her friends who engaged with Liam by the lifts.

The photos were taken from 4.26pm local time (8.26pm UK time). Just 36 minutes later, hotel staff raised the alarm to emergency services at 5.04pm following his tragic fall.

An ambulance arrived at 5.11pm but sadly Liam was pronounced dead shortly after respondents claimed they were unable to revive him.

She also shared that the musician also told her: “I used to be in a boy band – that’s why I’m so f**ked up.”

Liam reportedly extended his five-day trip to Argentina to reunite with Niall Horan after their schedules had clashed over the past few months and he wanted to catch up.

He was spotted packing on the PDA with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy. The duo appeared in high spirits as they sweetly sang together just days before.
