The Madden franchise is the most well-known football game and one of the largest sports video game franchises ever. Anyone can play it, from regular people to superstars and celebrities like LeBron James.

Most people complain between themselves or in a group of friends, but LeBron has used his platform to highlight some of the problems in Madden 25.“@EAMaddenNFL Talk to me! Help me understand the changes Online H2H. Takes some of the fun away. -Seeing who you beat or lose to after game (record wise) – knowing your record -seeing what team Your opponent is playing with before the game starts. Asking for the people,” wrote James in a tweet.

Of course, that meant that everyone else on social media had to join in on the conversation about Madden 25.

“Lebron it’s time to buy the rights to the nfl license and bring back 2k game day and fever. You got this!” one comment said.

“I agree make madden more realistic n better n fun again,” another said.

“It’s EA boss they not putting that much effort into the game,” a third said.

Maybe with LeBron James now complaining about some of the problems in Madden 25 will make fixing them more urgent.

Madden 25 Receives Mixed Review Upon Release

The Madden games have never been given amazing reviews. Usually, it’s a large mix of both positive and negative, but it’s always good enough for people to still buy the new version of it every year.

This year, it’s starting to look like that will be the same case. Review scores have already been released by some big names like GameSpot, which gave it a 6/10; Gamesradar+, which gave it a 6/10 out of five stars; IGN, with a 6/10; and Shacknews, at 6/10.
