Travis Kelce made a series of remarks alluding to his and Taylor Swift’s sex life on a recent ‘New Heights’ podcast episode

Travis Kelce has reportedly found himself in girlfriend Taylor Swift’s bad books this week, after making a pretty intimate confession about their love life.

The NFL star’s comments have only just hit headlines around the world, even though they were uttered during an episode of his New Heights podcast back in October.

It’s officially been over a year since Tay and Trav went public with their romance, following months of speculation over the status of their relationship.

Despite being spotted supporting each other’s careers regularly, it’s rare to hear each star talk in public about the other.

Don’t get us wrong – they don’t avoid questioning altogether, but seem to prefer discussing their other-halves on their own terms…

Which is exactly what Kansas City Chiefs did back in October on his and brother Jason’s podcast, when asked a question from a fan about bedroom antics in general.

Reporting that he and his wife were ‘going through a dry spell’, the caller asked how the Kelce brothers would handle the issue of a partner’s sudden disinterest in sex.

Travis immediately chirped up, seemingly attempting to comfort the caller, but inadvertently giving listeners an insight into his own sex life.

The 35-year-old revealed that he’d never endured an encounter with a partner that wasn’t equally as passionate.

“I will personally mention that I have no idea what that’s [like],” Travis laughed, before going on to make some suggestions on how to spice things up between the sheets.

“Try role play one night, you know, see if she’s up for that,” the American Football star. “Go to Spencer’s novelty and sex-toy store and get some f**king sex stuff, man.

“Get some rose petals, try and be a little romantic. Maybe you just gotta rekindle that flame.”

Apparently, however – according to Radar Online – Tay-tay isn’t best pleased with her beau’s attempt at comforting his fans.

“Word is, she was appalled by his comments,” an insider told the outlet. “She was already tiring of his potty mouth, and now this.

“There’s no doubt it’s caused major strain in the relationship.

“It’s a terrible look for Taylor, whose brand is built on her being squeaky-clean and empowered.

“The feeling is that Taylor needs to take a look at this guy and ask herself, is he worth staining your reputation and losing your incredible fans over?”
