New Witness Allegedly Having Diddy 'Freak Off' Tapes and Kim Porter Diary Subpoenaed by Grand JuryFacebook

A man, who claims he has explicit tapes from the embattled hip-hop mogul’s famous parties and the real memoir of the late model has testified for the grand jury in Diddy’s case.

Authorities continue building a case against Sean “P. Diddy” Combs ahead of his 2025 trial. A federal grand jury has subpoenaed a new witness who allegedly has incriminating evidence against the incarcerated musician.

TMZ reports that Courtney Burgess claims he has sex tapes from Diddy’s so-called “freak off” parties and the real Kim Porter memoir. On Thursday, October 31, he and his attorney Ariel Mitchell were met outside the federal courthouse in lower Manhattan.

They told the site that they had just finished testifying for the grand jury. Courtney said he was initially contacted by agents from the Department of Homeland Security, one of the federal agencies involved in the Diddy criminal case.

The subpoena asked Courtney to turn over all records, including thumb drives, hard drives, electronic storage devices, or devices containing videos and/or other files depicting Diddy. Courtney said he has the unedited version of the diary allegedly written by Kim, the mother of four of Diddy’s children.

Courtney said he and his attorney were also going to a separate hearing to determine, what if any, evidence they needed to turn over to the feds.

“They should’ve started worrying when he was beating her,” Courtney said outside the courthouse. “When you start worrying about your mother? After the fact?” He and his lawyer Ariel also announced plans to publish Kim’s unedited diary via Amazon.

Prior to this, a purported Kim Porter memoir titled “In Her Own Words” released on Amazon earlier this year, but it was pulled after her kids denounced it. “We have seen so many hurtful and false rumors circulating about our parents, Kim Porter and Sean Combs’ relationship, as well as about our mom’s tragic passing, that we feel the need to speak out,” the siblings said in a statement on September 24.

“Claims that our mom wrote a book are simply untrue,” they added. “She did not, and anyone claiming to have a manuscript is misrepresenting themselves. Additionally, please understand that any so-called ‘friend’ speaking on behalf of our mom or her family is not a friend, nor do they have her best interests at heart.”
