On Friday, Evander Kane celebrated his 33rd birthday, and his girlfriend, Mara Teigen, penned a heartfelt note on social media. The Edmonton Oilers forward has been with Teigen since 2019 after they met through mutual friends.
On Instagram, Teigen’s birthday post included a photo with the message.
“Happy Birthday to my love. Thank you for all you do, if only everyone could see you through our eyes. No one has your heart. You are truly the best. We love you,” Teigen wrote.
The couple have two sons together, Iverson, who was born in May 2022, and Hendrix, born in June 2023. Kane also has a daughter, Kingston, from his previous marriage.
Teigen also shared an Instagram story in which she hugged Kane.

Teigen often shares her family moments on Instagram. On July 17, she shared moments spent with the family at their new home.
On June 21, Teigen and Kane celebrated their son Hendrix’s first birthday. Teigen shared a video of special moments with Hendrix.
“Happy 1st Birthday, my beautiful baby boy. It feels like yesterday I was swaying side to side with you inside. Your heartbeat in tune with mine. I used to dream what you would be like. Now I get to know you and hold you. I see me in you, and I know you feel it too. Watching you grow is my favorite thing to do. -Your Mama.”
Evander Kane also posted photos from Hendrix’s first birthday and wrote:
“Happy 1st Birthday to my youngest Hendrix. I can’t believe how the time has flown by. I’m incredibly proud of you and love watching thrive. My smart, strong and handsome boy. Dad loves you.”

Last week, Mara Teigen traveled to Toronto, Canada, for Connor McDavid’s wedding. She shared her arrival on Instagram. In one story, she mentioned Lauren Kyle, McDavid’s fiancee, with the caption,
“Touchdown, Coming for you @laurenkyle1.”
Teigen also posted photos of her meals and favorite skincare and makeup products from Femme LA and Alaia Paris. She also shared selfies and pictures of the green scenery at her destination.
Teigen and Kyle are close friends who were often seen supporting the Oilers together last season.
