Conner McDavid will tie the knot with his long-time girlfriend Lauren Kyle on July 27th.

This comes after McDavid missed winning the Stanley Cup in Game 7 against the Florida Panthers, who started the series 3-0. He was one of the prime reasons the Oilers made a comeback in the regular season and qualified for the playoffs.

They defeated the Los Angeles Kings, the Vancouver Canucks, and the Dallas Stars to qualify for the Stanley Cup finals. But despite forcing Game 7 and trying their best, they lost to the Florida Panthers 2-1 in the end.

McDavid for his efforts, earned the Conn Smythe Trophy as the most valuable player in the 2024 Stanley Cup playoffs. However, the 27-year-old is still searching for his first Stanley Cup with the Oilers.
