Terrible reports are coming out of the Paris 2024 Olympic games this morning as Slovakian swimmer Tamara Potocka collapsed and was rushed to hospital.
While competing in the 200-meter swimming event, she collapsed and the crowd went silent. She was rushed to the hospital after receiving medical assistance.
She reportedly fell to the ground, and hitting it hard like a rock.
“The latest news on Slovak swimmer Tamara Potocka, who collapsed today at the poolside: The Slovak Olympic team confirmed to Ben Burrows that the cause of the collapse was an asthma attack.
Since then, she has received oxygen therapy and communicated during the intervention.”
