Uproar in Vancouver as crazy extramarital affair rumour targets poor JT Miller’s wife

That’s disgusting. People need to leave the Canucks’ forward alone so he can get the rest he needs. The latest report has gone down an ugly spiral with fans and pundits getting into it.

HOPING THIS REPORT QUIETS ALL THE RUMOURS ON MILLER AND HIS FAMILY:

On Tuesday, the Vancouver Canucks announced that veteran forward J.T. Miller will be away from the team on an indefinite leave of absence due to personal reasons. The team did not elaborate on the circumstances surrounding Miller’s absence, though the Canucks made clear that he has their full support.

“Right now, our sole focus is making sure that J.T. knows the entire organization is here to support him,” general manager Patrik Allvin said in a statement. “Out of respect for J.T., we will have no further comment at this time.”

But since we live in 2024 and pretty much everyone has access to internet and a keyboard, rumours emerged on what was really happening with Miller and why he was taking time away from the team. It quickly got out of hand when fans started spreading the rumour that Miller’s wife had been having an extramarital affair and was the reason why the forward needed time off the ice.

This came after Miller’s wife Natalie deleted his personal Instagram account, probably to get some privacy. It unfortunately only fed the rumours. Even Patrick Johnston of the Province had to step in:

Hours after the Canucks made the announcement that Miller would be away from the team, Canucks insider Rick Dhaliwal reported that Miller had left for a “reset” and that he just needs some “time and space.”
He also targeted the ongoing rumours of problems in the Miller’s marriage calling it nonsense.

“Whenever there’s a personal leave everybody jumps to conclusions. Alcohol, family related… I get it. Everybody wants the juicy National Enquirer story. Everybody wants the sinister thing. There is nothing sinister going on here. This is a player that needs a reset. Some time and space.”

“Remember the Corey Perry / Connor Bedard story and someone just threw it out and everybody believed it and it was a lie. What I’ve been told this morning is that he needs a reset. He just got benched. He’s had a tough year with injuries. He’s in a Canadian market. He’s got four days off before the next game, maybe it’s just a reset for a player who needs some time and space.”

Currently in his sixth season in Vancouver and his 13th in the NHL, Miller is a huge asset to the Canucks and his absence will be tough to deal with. He has registered 16 points including six goals in the first 17 games this season. However at this time, he needs the time and especially the support of fans to deal with WHATEVER is happening to him and the bottom line is: that’s none of our business.
