Oilers Evander Kane admits to watching video of viral Oilers female fan flashing
Edmonton Oilers forward Evander Kane has revealed that he’s watched the video, of the viral Oilers female fan ‘Kate’ flashing, as it’s gone viral everywhere on social media throughout the past few weeks.
‘I think it was almost impossible not to see that video, Just [by] turning on your cell phone. I mean, we have an incredibly passionate fanbase. And I think that was a great example of that.’
Kane was then asked by a person about if the video is going around the locker room, and if they were trying to figure out which jersey the female fan ‘Kate’ was wearing.
‘I don’t know how many people were actually looking at the jersey. ‘But apparently it was discovered that she was wearing a Sam Gagner jersey. So obviously he was an Oiler a long time ago as well for a lot of years and a fan favorite, so no surprise I guess.’
Identified as ‘Kate’, she has reportedly deleted all of her social media after trying to have the video removed. She recently spoke about the incident, why she did it, her regrets and ‘if they are real or not’: she answered it all, which can be found on the next page, alongside 68-year old Oilers GM Ken Holland being asked about the video.
