British YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has been charged with multiple serious ѕєχual assault offenses while on his Australian tour.

The 29-year-old entertainer, who initially rose to fame via YouTube and BBC shows, is now facing grave accusations that have placed a significant dent in his public persona.

Yung Filly was detained in Brisbane and extradited to Perth, where the alleged offenses took place on September 28, following a nightclub performance. Prosecutors have charged him with four counts of ѕєχual penetration without consent, three counts of assault, and one count of impeding a person’s breathing by applying pressure to their neck.

The accusations stem from an incident where he allegedly took a woman in her twenties to his hotel room after performing at Bar1 Nightclub in Perth. During the court proceedings, images of the woman’s injuries were presented, corroborating the severity of the charges against him.

Despite the prosecution’s assertion of a “strong” case backed by CCTV and photo evidence, Yung Filly’s lawyer questioned the robustness of these allegations. They highlighted that the complainant did not express concerns about ѕєχual assault during a subsequent call with a friend.

Yung Filly was granted bail on the condition that he remains in Western Australia, reports to the police daily, and refrains from contacting the alleged victim or discussing the case on social media. The prosecution had argued against bail, citing his significant social influence and financial capability as high risks for fleeing the state or interfering with witnesses. However, the magistrate ruled these risks manageable under strict conditions.

Known for his significant following on social platforms and his work with UK-based entertainment groups, Yung Filly has maintained a large digital presence.
