The success of the blockbuster “Harry Potter” series quickly turned its cast into Hollywood stars.

Emma Watson, who played the lead female role, experienced a significant shift in her acting career.

However, the actress recently revealed some less-than-pleasant memories from filming “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.”

“I particularly remember the Yule Ball scene. In this scene, Hermione – my character – makes her first appearance in a pink dress at the Yule Ball, and this led to a tiring and stressful day for me,” Emma Watson recalled.

She explained that director Mike Newell had her go up and down the stairs many times, and Emma Watson frequently encountered issues, stepping on her dress and falling, resulting in bruises.

“The director said I was either going too fast or too slow, which meant I had to do it many times. This made me anxious and scared, causing me to trip repeatedly,” Emma added.

Although the injuries were minor, Emma Watson said it was uncomfortable for her as the crew had to patiently wait for her to get the shots right.

“When the director announced that the scene was done, I was relieved. Even though it was a small scene, it gave me invaluable acting experience for the future,” Emma Watson affirmed.

The famous actress also mentioned that she still watches all eight films when she has time to reminisce about her “beautiful youth.”

Currently, Emma Watson is busy with stage activities before returning to audiences in her latest film project.
