Selena Gomez surprised everyone by sharing her plans to build a family just weeks after her ex-boyfriend, singer Justin Bieber, announced the joyful news of expecting his first child.

The American actress and singer, Selena Gomez (31 years old), revealed in a recent interview that she originally planned to adopt a child before turning 35. However, Selena will only proceed with this plan if she does not find a suitable life partner. Currently, she has found a compatible partner.

“I was single for about 5 years before dating Benny. I used to be accustomed to being single. Many people fear being single because they feel lonely. I myself felt miserable for about 2 years, but then I found being single easier to accept. I had planned to adopt a child before turning 35 if I didn’t meet anyone suitable,” Selena shared.
