LA Sparks guard Lexie Brown, daughter of former NBA player Dee Brown, went on a rant on X (formerly Twitter) that included a jab at Chicago Sky star Angel Reese’s college career at Maryland, which she later deleted. However, social media users quickly captured screenshots before it was removed.

In a post on X, Brown shared her frustration, stating that Maryland, where she played for two seasons averaging 11.8 points, 4.4 assists, 2.6 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game, was treating her as though she never represented them.

“The way Maryland acts like I never played there is hilarious,” she said.

After one fan commented that Maryland had similarly neglected Angel Reese, who also played two seasons there, Brown replied:

“She didn’t take them to back to back final fours. Or a undefeated conference season & championship. Respectfully.”
